We utilize third-party platforms (e.g., email, Google Drive, Loom, etc.) for communication and delivery. While we use reputable tools, we cannot guarantee absolute security or assume liability for breaches beyond our control.
This does not constitute a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). If a formal NDA is required, please request one prior to engagement.3. Intellectual Property
Client Materials:
All information, documents, and materials provided by the Client remain the Client’s property.
Agency Materials:
All written content, frameworks, and positioning structures developed by Paul DC Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the Client receives the right to use the final deliverables for personal or business purposes.
Resale or redistribution of our proprietary frameworks or materials is prohibited.4. Payment & Refund Policy
All services are billed in advance and must be paid in full prior to commencement.
All sales are final. Services are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of consulting and intellectual services, results cannot be guaranteed.
For scheduled strategy calls:
• Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ written notice.
• Failure to attend within five (5) minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to communication in a timely manner
• Participate in scheduled sessions if applicable
• Delays in providing necessary materials may affect delivery timelines.6. Disclaimers
